“Thanks so much to Jess for all of her hard work to get my feet right for the 100 km Coastrek event last week (Feb 28, 2014). We set out to do a personal best of under 19 hours and finished the 100 km as a team of four, with smiles (or were they grimaces?) on our faces in 17 hours and 36 minutes. Not one step of running – who said you can’t maintain a very fast walk for all that time? No blisters and no foot pain certainly helped achieve our goal!” Lisa
